| قاری محمد مصطفیٰ راسخ [1] السنۃ بین اہل الفقہ واہل الحدیث: شیخ محمد الغزالی رحمہ اللہ کی تصنیف کا تنقیدی جائزہ Abstract Shaykh Muḥammad al-Ghazālī is an Egyptian scholar who in his book ‘The Difference in the Concept of Sunnah between the Experts of Fiqh and Ḥadīth’ has austerely criticized the standards set by the Muḥaddithīn for the verification of Ḥadīth. In his response, several books were authored in the Arab world in order to defend these classical standards. This treatise presents a comparative study of Shaykh Muḥammad al-Ghazāli’s work and the work carried out in his response by his critics such as Shaykh Fahad bin Salmān al-‘Awdah, Shaykh Sāliḥ bin ‘Abd al-‘Azīz Āl al-Shaykh and Shaykh Rabī’ bin Hādī al-Madkhalī and is concluded that Shaykh Muḥammad al-Ghazālī’s criticism on the standards of Muḥaddithīn was unreasonable and imbalanced. ’جدید فکر اسلامی‘ کی اصطلاح زندگی کے تمام پہلوؤں پر مشتمل ہے، جس کا مقصود تمام شعبہ ہائے زندگی سیاست، معاشرت ،اقتصاد اور علم کے میدان میں اسلامی تعلیمات کی وضاحت وتشریح کرنا ہے۔یہ ایک بے پایاں فکر ہے کہ جس کے علمبرداروں نے دعوت و اصلاح کے میدان میں گراں قدر خدمات سرانجام دی ہیں۔ اس فکر کے حاملین علما میں سے الشیخ محمد رشید رضا(متوفیٰ1354ھ)صاحب المنار، شیخ حسن البنا(متوفیٰ 1368ھ)، ابو الاعلیٰ مودودی( متوفیٰ 1400ھ)، سید قطب( متوفیٰ 1386ھ)اور شیخ مصطفیٰ سباعی(متوفیٰ 1384ھ) رحمہم اللہ وغیرہ کے علاوہ عصر حاضر کے معروف اسکالر محمد الغزالی رحمہ اللہ ( متوفیٰ 1917م) شامل ہیں، جو تصنیف و تالیف کے میدان میں ایک مقام رکھتے تھے۔ ’جدید فکر ِ اسلامی‘چھان بین اور تحقیق و تصحیح کی محتاج ہے، کیونکہ یہ’ فکر‘عقل کی پیدوار ہے، جس میں غلطی کا |
