| مولانا محمد رمضان سلفی [1] ڈاکٹر حافظ حمزہ مدنی [2] علم حدیث میں درایتی نقد کی حقیقت Abstract The Status of Cognitive (Al-Dirāyah) Criticism in the Science of Hadīth (Prophetic Tradition) In modern times, a group of modernists have graded numerous Prophetic traditions and transmission that were unanimously proven to be authentic as unreliable and fabricated. The criterion upon which they validated such narrations is propagated by them as ‘Cognitive Criterion’. This treatise presents the analytical and critical study of the aforementioned criterion as to whether it is considerable logically and traditionally to validate or authenticate a Prophetic tradition on such grounds. Moreover, it also includes the historical and logical explanations of the Ahādīth that were rejected by the aforementioned group of modernists on so-called logical and rational grounds. These Ahādīth are inconsiderable because they allegedly do not conform to the logic as well as historical facts. منکرین حدیث جہاں دیگر متعدد اسباب کو بنیاد بنا کر احادیث مبارکہ کو رد کرتے ہیں وہیں چند ایسی احادیث بھی نقل کرتے ہیں، جنہیں ان کے زعم میں درایتی معیار پر پورا نہ اترنے کی بناء پر محدثین کرام رحمہم اللہ نے ناقابلِ قبول قراردے دیا ہے اور راویانِ سند کو دیکھنے کی ضرورت تک محسوس نہیں کی، حالانکہ ان احادیث کے راوی ثقہ اور |
